How it Works
Chemical Guys Fabric-Guard is a professional grade carpet and upholstery sealant that works like a shield to protect fabric surfaces against liquids, moisture, contamination and stains. Fabric-Guard is also equipped with an odor guard to help fight odors caused by everyday use or any other foul activities. When spills occur on interior surfaces the fabric sealant capabilities of Fabric-Guard aid in preventing the fiber from becoming saturated, allowing the automobile owner ample time to get the spot out before it stains. With the correct application of Fabric-Guard it will enhance the look of all fabrics and extend the durability and life of all surfaces it is sprayed on. 

For Convertible Tops
Generally the first part of the automobile that deteriorates is the convertible top. Fabric Guard prevents moisture in the air from infiltrating convertible top fibers preventing rapid deterioration. With the use of Fabric Guard it allows dirt, dust and grime to easily be washed off of the convertible top surface.

Easy To Use
The versatile formula protects fabrics, upholstery and carpets. The sprayable formula micro-bonds to fabric fibers to repel water and protect against dirt and stains. Chemical Guys Fabric Guard preserves the original condition of any fabric for seasons.

To use, first clean the fabric using Chemical Guys Nonsense to remove dirt and stains. Once the fabrics, upholstery and carpets is clean, spray a thin, even coat of Fabric Guard across the surface and wipe off in 1 direction with a clean short piled microfiber towel. Allow 20 minutes for drying time. Once dry, apply a second coat for improved protection. Treat fabrics, upholstery and carpets with Fabric Guard once a year or as needed for desired water beading and sun blocking effects.

How To Use:
Always test fabric/fiber for color fastness in an inconspicuous area.
Only use on fabrics, upholstery and carpets.
Apply to clean area.
Cover any exposed rubber and plastic trim with protective tape to prevent overspray.
Shake Well.
Apply 2 coats of Fabric Guard and wipe off in 1 direction with a clean short piled microfiber towel.
Allow 20 minute dry time between each coat.
Wipe off any excess overspray from paint and glass.
