About this product
Diamond ProTech PRO 120 A Spray is a multi-stage high end nanodiamond coating. PRO 120 creates immense protection, rich color depth and scratch resistance. In combination with Diamond ProTech Pro Hydro the long-lasting hydrophobic topcoat, Pro 120 A Spray will create an intense mirror-gloss shine and slickness that gives up to 10 years of hardened hydrophobic protection.

Diamond ProTech’s Pro Line requires training and is exclusively available for certified PRO installers.

Application tips from Diamond ProTech
- If applying in high heat or high humidity, lower time between application and removal.test over a small area to determine appropriate time to let the coating bond to the surface.
- Apply PRO 120 A Spray to body, headlights, rubber, and metal parts.
- Apply PRO 120 B Spray to body, headlights, rubber, and metal parts.
- Apply PRO HYDRO to body, headlights, and metal trim, but not to rubber/plastic.
- PRO 120 A SPRAY / PRO 120 B SPRAY / PRO HYDRO: As the coating bonds to the surface a haze will appear. This indicates the coating is ready to remove. If product dries on the surface or is difficult to remove, re-wet the area with more product and immediately buff off.

Infra Red Curing Lamp settings
- Temperature: 50-60C
- Distance to Paintwork: 60-70 cm
- Time: 15-20 minutes for each element

Note
- Apply in temperatures between 10-30C. Apply in a closed, well ventilated, indoor area with air humidity not exceeding 70%
- Wear protective gloves.
- Use new applicators & microfiber towels for application of additional layers (do not use previously used towels)

Products you need for applying Pro 120
- 4 Microfiber Towels
- 3 Applicators
- Protective Gloves
- Diamond Body Prep

How to use
- Wash, polish and treat areas to be coated with Diamond Body Prep.
- Shake PRO 120 A SPRAY well for 15 seconds.
- Place 15 drops on an applicator and apply to 3-4 sections of the car in crosshatch fashion.
- Wait 10-15 mins watching for a haze to appear, then gently buff the treated areas and buff off excess with a short pile microfiber towel.
- Wait one hour before applying the next layer: PRO 120 B.

- Shake PRO 120 B SPRAY well for 15 seconds.
- Place 15 drops on an applicator and apply on 1-2 sections of the car in crosshatch fashion.
- Wait 1-3 mins and buff off excess with a low-nap microfiber towel.
- Wait 1 hour and apply a second coat repeating the process.
- Wait one hour and begin to apply a coat of Pro Hydro that will give the coating system its amazing hydrophobicity, If curing with IR lamps, do so prior to applying Pro Hydro.

- Shake PRO HYDRO well for 15 seconds and then apply 15 drops on an applicator.
- Apply on 3-4 elements of the car in crosshatch fashion.
- Wait up to 7-10 mins watching for a haze to appear and then proceed to gently buff the treated areas with a microfiber towel taking care to remove any excess residue in the process.
- Wait one hour and apply a second coat of Pro Hydro repeating the process (recommended, not required).
- Wait two hours.
- Car is ready to drive!
