About this product
3M 08210 Abrasion Resistant Film is a selfadhesive paint protection film manufactured from transparent polyurethane. It protects paints for stone chips, scratches, wear and tear. This film can be placed on sensitive car parts such as door edges, mirror caps, trunk lids, side skirts, spoilers and bumpers.
Application
Before applying the film we advise to prep / clean the surface with 3M 08984 Solvent Cleaner.
Then cut / trim the film in the desired size or shape.
Then wet the surface with a sprayer, when releasing the film from the backing liner also wet the glue layer to prevent fingerprints.
Then apply the film in place and press the top of the film with a squeegee to remove the wet so the glue layer can start adhesing.
Leave it for ca half an hour and or blow it dry with a blow dryer and you are done.
